Today, I had a draft paper due that I hadn’t written yet. I decided to skip the class to avoid embarrassment. Later, I went to change my major and was told to go to room 223 to talk to the English department head. I knocked on the door and the professor whose class I'd skipped answered. FML

Pretty simple. Do your work to your deadlines and if you can’t speak to your professor to see if you can get an extension. They can’t help if they don’t know there’s an issue

That’s a huge dose of karma my friend. If there was no legitimate reason for not writing it other than slacking off, then YDI. Not a good way to make an impression on your department. Do you worth thoroughly and ahead next time. I worked at one point 3 jobs in college and still finished senior year, which was the most project and essay intensive work-based year of my life, with straight As. No excuses
