Today, my mother invited me to a nice restaurant to meet her boyfriend whom she's been seriously dating for a month. Imagine my surprise when she led me to a table and my boyfriend's father stood up, shocked, to greet me. Rather than being horrified, she is now planning double dates every week. FML

I don't understand people. Sure, if I date my sister, that's weird, I'm no redneck, I agree, we have the same mother AND father. But if your mom married your boyfriends dad, that's no reason to be "horrified", you'll never be blood relatives.

Yeah cause every teenage boy wants to double Date with his dad and girlfriends mom and every teenage girl wants to double date with her mom and boyfriends father... Do I sense a mom of the year award? I think not!
