I really think it's the name MOLLY. Our neighbor has a yapping mutt named Molly too... just yell NO, MOLLY! NO! hahaha

Just how many people have/have neighbors with dogs named Molly!? My neighbor has a Molly, but the dog isn't loud--he is. His dog is nearly deaf, and instead of buying a leash, he just YELLS LOUDER AND MORE OFTEN AT IT. The dog itself is quiet and friendly. And our apartment is officially pet-free (so I had to give my cat away), but the dog has been there longer than the rule, so it has been grandfathered in.
