Today, I went to my guidance counselor and told her how I'd been fascinated with space since I was 12, had read about the universe and everything, and how I want to be an astrologist when I grow up. She stared at me for a second, before saying, "But you're... stupid." FML

Today, I had a conference with my dad, my counselor, and my history and English teachers because my dad was "concerned" about my grades in those two classes. We talked for a while and it was going well, then my counselor asked what I wanted to study in college. I said I wanted to be a teacher. He laughed. FML

Today, I was participating in an activity to join a program which I really wanted to join. One of the teachers in charge seemed to notice my efforts and asked if I wanted to join the program. I said yes, thinking I had a chance. She laughed, shook her head before saying no and walking away. FML

Hey guys.. guys.. guys. ".. when I grow up" I'm sure you all feel great picking on a kid, cause we've never done anything embarrassing before at that age. OP, the guidance guy/gal was a gigantic bag of dicks. Ignore them and go study astronomy if that's what you want to do.

That was a little harsh for her to call you stupid, but you should know the difference between astrology and astronomy, so I can't say I blame her for saying that.
