Hi guys, OP here. Thank you for all your comments and concerns about what happened. Regarding some previous comments, I would like to clarify a couple of things. My uncle has some mental health issues. I am not exactly sure what he has, but my parents tell me that he is on different types of medication. Also, my family was in the room when the comment was made. My mom shook her head in shame, but other than that, nothing else was said. This did not happen recently. It actually happened back in December 2014. I barely see my uncle, too. My dad apologized to me later for his inappropriate behavior. We all collectively decided to let it go because of his mental health state. I feel kind of bad because he most likely has no ulterior motives, but it was still a very uncomfortable situation, and my stomach still turns a little when I think about it. But thank you all again! And sorry for the super long comment.

Nope. I just can't count how many stories I've heard about creepy pervert uncles saying creepy pervert things.
I think so and if you think you don't then they just don't like you in their perverted way. everyone has that creepy uncle and that one cousin that allows it all. ijs. if you don't then you're lucky lol
I only have one uncle and he has paranoid schizophrenia. Trust me when I say the last thing on his mind is being perverted.

I have a perverted uncle and so does my sister (her uncle's are different than mine because my parents put her up for adoption at birth). They've both commented on our breasts as well. It's so extremely creepy and it's awful when you tell your family and no one does a thing about it. Just all around creepy and awkward. The moral of the story is I'm glad you don't have a perv uncle and hopefully no pervy family members at all!
That's really disturbing... And yes, I'm quite glad I have no pervy family members too.

Whether it's your mother or your father's brother I would talk to your parents and make them aware. It is after all their sibling and you are most likely under age if you have developed within the last five years. This has the potential to become a far more serious situation and I would confront him about what he said to you. Even if he was "joking" his mind and his mouth should never cross that line and he needs to be put in his place by an adult.
