ydi for being an idiot...no more nice things for you.
fyl hun....wow i have bad luck with these types of things too.....the first mp3 player i owned somehow the screen got cracked down the middle...then I forgot it ouside in the yard one night...it rained on it a lot...and it still works, but the battery dosen't stay charged....I got an ipod for Christmas this past year...i had it exactly one month and i left it in my hoddie pocket and we washed it....then i got scarred and tried to turn it on...this was before i read on the internet that if you didn't turn it on and let it dry out for a few days it will probably work again.....because if you try to turn it on it sends water through all the wrong places.....my new one is doing okay. lol
Just, might I add. The whole "iPod Touch" and "iTouch" controversy; do you really care what anybody calls it? So, what if somebody calls It the iTouch. I highly doubt the Apple police are going to come to you and arrest you for calling it what they didn't intentionally name it. Get over it, please. You don't have to cuss out a person for calling it a different name. seriously. BUT ANYWAY, yeah. Electronics and outside don't mix. I have one, and I dropped it outside and now I have this lovely little scratch at the right corner if the screen. Ha.
if you let it dry out before trying to turn it on it might work again, good luck
Duuuuude, i got an iTouch for my sweet 16 and it's my baby. I've never left it anywhere because I know how expensive it was. In fact I'm using it right now to write this comment. YDI for being irresponsible. P.S. I love #21's response to #20. It's amazing, it made me giggle.
to #146... calling an iPod Touch an iTouch is like calling... the iPhone a Razr... just to put it into perspective. so once again.. it's not a Damn iTouch.
WHY would you leave an expensive piece of electronic equipment outside? ...EVER? Y totally DI. PS: Three weeks without rain is not a drought. Especially not during SUMMER in the DESERT. (And no, I'm not from Texas, but here in CA we've been having a drought for a long time. We've had, like, seven days of rain in the past year.)

YDI for leaving it outside. Now you know better.
I wish people would stop saying "itouch".
