Cutting your daily calories in half probably isn't helping you lose anything. There's a recommended daily calorie intake, which will still allow you to lose if you're exercising, for a reason.
it's because you're gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time.
you may have a thyroid problem. there are two types. one where you can't gain weight, but can lose it. and the opposite, which it seems you could have. i'd try n get that checked
if you work out that much, what you should do is keep track of measurements and, especially, body fat %. It's very likely that you've lost fat but gained muscle. and that dinner, it's just water weight, you'll loose it again in a day.
Keep track of your weight measurements. Also note that, especially just after you eat, your weight will increase. For instance, my weight fluctuates between 119 and 124 lbs. This is normal, everyones weight fluctuates. It takes a long time to put on fat, in the same light, it takes a while to lose it. Don't starve your body. That's not what you want to do.
A fat burner pill? A magical medicine that just causes adipose tissue to be metabolised! Brilliant! It doesn't exist. Don't be naive.
Sorry Pendatik, but euthanasia is still illegal in Casablanca. If you really want to die, I'll have to do it the old fashioned way and choke a bitch. izbabelle - your point is ALMOST valid. However, if someone has a BMI of 40 (look it up, kids), that's unhealthy no matter if the weight is from muscle, fat, water, chili cheese fries, burritos, pizza, or fried mozzarella sticks. Holy **** am I hungry now.
Ummmm, isn't that what OP said? She NEVER mentioned a "crash diet"

How long have you been on your new diet/workout plan? Have you been keeping track of your measurements? You do know new muscle weighs more than lost fat, right? and if you weighed yourself the same day as your buffet, the added weight is just food in your intestines. Why do people always associate successful health plans with numbers on a scale?
How long have you been dieting? If you really haven't lost any weight perhaps you should see a doctor.
