Blood Type B could be a recessive gene on one of your parents. One parent could be heterozygous for that trait, so it may be technically possible that your parents are your biological ones.

What if the Mom cheated on the Dad & the Dad doesn't know? This could open a huge can of worms!!!
I felt the same way when I found out I was AB- and my parents were A+ and B+.
My parents are both type O and it's impossible for me to be type A, which is my blood type. We did paternity test in and everything and I am their child. Apparently there's a 1/10million chance of the mutation. It's easier for a B to sprout from an A than an A from an O. It's a 1/million chance of that.
