Today, I flew to see my long distance boyfriend who I haven't seen in 6 months. Upon seeing me, he ran up to me, picked me up and swung me around like they do in the movies. In doing so, my foot hit a 4 year-old child who was running past and knocked him out. FML

Today, I finally got to see my boyfriend, after two months apart. As we hugged, he lifted me up and spun me around like in the movies. It would have been really romantic if I hadn't hit a little boy while he was riding past on his bike. I've just traumatized a little kid. FML

Today, I was in the airport after saying goodbye to my boyfriend who left for three months. Walking back to my car, I saw a young couple kissing passionately. If that wasn't bad enough, the guy then picked his girlfriend up, spun her round in the air and her foot kicked me square in the jaw. FML

Today, after not seeing my boyfriend for 9 months, he came to meet me at the airport. I was so excited when I first saw him that I broke into a sprint to greet him. Apparently, running through the airport looks suspicious, because a security guard tackled me. Now I have a broken nose. FML

Kid deserved it. Likely, he was running and not looking where he was going. One time, I was behind the front desk at a restaurant. I couldn't see to my left because the desk was so high, and I stepped out in front of the desk and a kid crashed into me from the left, and fell down and started crying. He shouldn't have been running in the first place, and nothing would have happened. Kids should look where they are going, but they're kids and they don't. So parents should be watching where their kids are, but they don't. You're in the clear, if you ask me.
