Depending on state law, posting such pictures without permission could be illegal. And at least in some states a written release is needed from the subject regardless of who owns the pictures. In any case, if you ever have this problem you should just write to him and tell him to take the photos down. I think if he doesn't, he is then liable. So at least you know about the site so you have the ability to see whether you are apart of it. Also, whether it is illegal in your state or not, that is completely immoral and you should break up with him immediately. This is FML on many levels. Mostly because you probably had sex with such a douche bag.
