Tasha_1996 tells us more.
Hello everyone. I didn't know my FML got posted until now. This was more to express what an idiot I am than to be told I'm an idiot. For people asking questions, I'm 16 and live in Saskatchewan. A small town where there's **** all to do. There is nothing wrong with my mothers parenting, I respect her for coming to get me and grounding me. I was grounded for another month after this happened and am going to addictions councelling starting the New year. I was out last night, first night off of grounding again and didn't have a sip of alcohol. Originally, I wasn't going to comment. But I figured you guys deserved an update. Yes I deserved it.

Zero sympathy for you OP. You just get un-grounded, and the first thing you do is go out and get hammered? Do people have no self control at all?
If your parents can ground you then it means you're too young to drink. Or they're just afraid of letting you grow up if you're legal, time to move out and gain some independence in a cardboard box. Being grounded isn't so bad after all, at least you won't fall
I agree with #122 just look at the stupid reasoning from #170 just goes to show why we should leave the legal age at 21. The last thing we need is a bunch of 18 year olds being allowed to drive legally and drink at the same time.
So you want sympathy for your mother being a good parent when punishing you for doing something that is technically illegal ? She should lock you in the house until you actually develop some level of intelligence .. You may be grounded for AWHILE!!!
You are horribly trashy.
Obviously not too grounded if you still have Internet access. Grow up and learn some respect. Mom could have had you disrespectful little butt thrown in jail.
You're a ******* moron, YDI more than grounding, i'd have beaten you until the sun came up
I hope you're not a parent... if you are I'm exceptionally worried about your children's well-being.
Maybe you should have made better decisions...

If you're old enough to still be grounded, you're not old enough to drink. Ydi.
Grounding is usually to teach you a lesson and not be bad. She probably thought you learnt your lesson but, clap clap, you proved her wrong.
