Make up a Twitter account of yourself, and make sure to use your full name identically with your resumé. Complete your Twitter account with a nice picture of yourself, and a few updates about drinking tea, reading a good book, completing some work or personal projects and meeting up with friends for cultural events - stuff that makes you look good.
To op For me It is my ex bf and his minions trying drag my good name thur the mud
Unless she looks exactly like you then I wouldn't bother. Any smart person would know there are more then one person with the same name out there. Especially if it's a common first name and last name for your country.
So explain that it isn't you, put all of your account names and links in your resume
128 nah, your mum already cleaned the place out.
I made a mistake when I read this. I meant to say that if someone was impersonating her, with pictures and information all the same, then to flip out on her. But now that people have commented saying it was only her name not anything else, I wouldn't worry about it. Again sorry for the misunderstanding. My number was #82
so what?
Any employer that's dumb enough to think there's only one person in the world with your name is an employer you don't want to work for anyway.
I'm sure you could explain the situation to employers
