Today, I went to see a therapist for the first time because I've been feeling depressed lately. I opened up and said everything that was on my mind. I really spilled my guts. After a good 30 minutes, her first question was, "Do you always talk this much?" FML

Today, I tried therapy to talk about my problems without feeling like i am harassing anyone. After messaging a therapist for over 2 hours, I felt way better and finally understood. It turned out I'm in such a bad mental state that I'm a danger to myself and others. Police were called by the therapist. FML

Today, my husband and I went to our first counseling sessions, where the main focus was communication. When the therapist called us in together to discuss techniques we could use at home, my husband looked around, rolled his eyes, and responded with, "Uh huh" to every question. FML

I really hope you didn't pay for that session. I've experienced something similar with a therapist, only he chatted away about a book he was reading. That's definitely not why i went there.

Time for a new therapist? I had a therapist tell me once that I'm psychic and the reason I had anxiety was because I didn't understand my psychic ability. I got a new therapist after that...

Isn't this backwards? Shouldn't we be unlocking telepathy with enhanced evolution? I get the idea, but more than likely we used a form of body language rather than telepathy.
