mind u I also lowered my toilets water just adjusted the settings low flow is even lower and still flushes all solids

This is an environmental strategy that's been around for a long time - its not just from meet the fockers! Also pee shouldn't stink. Someone needs to go to the doctor.

Piss thats just been sitting there for days will eventually stink. Especially when the pee-to-water ratio is way off due to a lack of flushing.

This doesn't sound so bad you prob have septic problems the less water that goes into the septic tank the more time it had to level out.
