Lumpy

By CantBlink - This FML is from back in 2012 but it's good stuff - United States - Jersey City

Today, I woke up with a pimple on my eyelid. Not only is it impossible to cover up with makeup, I can't pop it either. Now I'll be spending the rest of the day trying not to blink. FML

It's okay by the end of the day you'll have broken some kind of guiness worded record for the longest held stare as well as creeped the shit out of everyone around you :)

Good idea! When in doubt, poke your eye with a needle.

It's called a Stye. Some are more severe than others. Some can form inside your eyelid too. If it doesn't clear up immediately, go see your doctor. He/she will be able to remove it.

you could always put on a pair of sun glasses... then you're free to blink as you please

What's so bad about a pimple? Seriously.

Anyone notice OP's username? 'CantBlink' I think you got this all one your own bud. Can't feel good though. Good luck with it!

I've had this problem many times before. If you think it may be a sty, then all you have to do is get a hand towel and soak it in some hot water and keep it on your eye for ten minutes. Then, soak it in some cold water and do the same. Repeat every day until it is gone (usually takes one to two days). Try not o touch it. When this happened to me at school, everyone thought I had pinkeye and sent me home. :( Sty's are no fun but most of the time they happen because of an infected eyelash. Don't know if you still need the advice but good luck! Hope I helped.

Is it a sty? I had one once. Went away in a few days if you don't pick at it

Just like a Doctor Who episode. "Don't blink!"

Actually you can put a rag in warm.water and put it around the bump.

That shit is probably a stye not a pimple..

You're all dumbfucks. It's not a pimple or a stye; it's a milia. Milia are nodules of protein and dead cells trapped under the skin, you can't pop them because they don't form from dirty pores, but from dead material getting trapped under a layer of new skin. They go away eventually.
