Married people don't just hang out with married people. Good friends understand the importance of maintaining both friendships and their relationships (good partners understand and respect this too). One should not affect the other and the couple are still two separate people. Even if life gets busy or they have kids, true friends will still make time for you.
sounds like the plot to the film 'I love you, man'
I was one of the last ones married in my friend group. I still hung out. When some of my friends got divorced, i still hung out with them. Marriage means nothing between just friends hanging out. Now, if there was a romance or sexual tension between you and them, that’s another story but to hang out with friends? It’s bullshit if you think marriage ***** up people’s friendship if they are just friends. However a partner has been known to come between friends hanging out, but if they all decided to part ways, i’d take a real good inner look at yourself. You may be why they stopped.

Have they actually told you that, or said they only want to hang out with married couples? Several of my friends are married, and we still hang out regularly.
Marriage won't stop them from hanging out with you, if they really cared !!!
