From personal experience. Time. In time it will all be ok. I know today it does not feel like it. It didn't for me. For a long while. Then all of a sudden one day *poof* I was a little bit better. and that little bit seemed like a mountain. You will get there. You are not alone in this experience and I am sorry you are going through it. Good luck OP.
