Some depressions are linked to ADHD, and the medication of that makes you lose weight and have loss of appetite. Try that!

If OP is taking 3 types of antidepressants I'm guessing that the depression comes from a chemical imbalance. Insecurity an anxiety is a product of this type of imbalance.
