I would probably just leave it in a doggy daycare center for the next 10 days and pay for it. When you agreed to watch the dog, it became your responsibility, which includes all the damages it does. I mean, it sucks, but the only thing you can really do is hope that your friend is not a piece of shit and takes the initiative to pay for everything. If she doesn't tho, there's nothing to really do about it aside from never helping that friend again.
give it to an animal shelter
Make sure she pays for the damages.
Most dogs are used to be left home alone during the day. And its not usually possible to take dogs on vacation, since most hotels don't allow them.
I would respectfully suggest that you either purchase it borrow a crate for your friend's dog. Look up ASPCA guidelines for using a crate (never for punishment, for safety and health only). This dog is exhibiting signs of separation anxiety, and could choke on things he's chewing or otherwise harm himself or your dog. Next time, prepare for such a "favor" by getting to know the dog and planning to avoid such problems (if there is a next time). Good luck
Maybe comment on one of her posts and let her know that her dog is being an absolute terror.

Post on Facebook that the dog died. That should get her attention
Put the dog outside! Seriously when your "friend" comes back tell them they need to pay for the damages!
