she's not the father's parent so even if you're not married to the father she can't take that to court. you're obviously not dead so that avenue is closed. the only shot she has is if you're going through a divorce or legal separation...so unless that's the case tell her to get bent cause she ain't got shit and protect your children.

Move to a state that doesn't recognize grandparents' rights (which is BS in itself). If that's not possible, get a lawyer. Remember, "grandparents' rights" does not equate to unfettered access to your children. If the lawyer can't completely stop her, they can put many restrictions in place. You likely can as well, but the lawyer will make those restrictions legally binding. Malicious compliance at its best.
