Stop doing her work and let her take the downfall for her lack of responsibility. It's not your job to do hers. You can't get in trouble for not doing her job.

Actually, OP absolutely can be reprimanded for not doing his/her coworker’s duties if s/he’s been directed to do the work by her boss. However, if OP is doing the work out of a sense of loyalty to the company, I’d suggest that s/he stop immediately.

The quality of her work probably sucks as much as she does the boss, so there’s no problem from his perspective in you doing the work while giving his mistress a cover for being there.
