Today, my boss threatened to write me up, after I made a slightly rude joke about a coworker everyone hates. A while later, a colleague told me the same joke. Turns out my boss had gone around telling it to everyone else and taking all the credit. FML

You're all horrible to me. I don't care if y'all hate him/her. Slightly rude or not it's not OK to make fun of a coworker. You got a problem with her/him? Don't get close them and concentrate on work when they're near. That's next to bullying in my book.

You made a rude joke about a co-worker everyone hates? Sounds like a bit of bullying going on. For the boss to spread it around is really unfortunate. I feel more sorry for the hated-on co-worker than you at this point.
