The word is peruse, stupid, not pursue. They were PERUSING, meaning they were examining with great care. And it is quite sad if your parents love their pet more than their child. They shouldn't have had children and just become pet people. On a side note, I love how people yell at others for whining, but that's what this whole damn site is about!
