Wow, your mum really should have told you this three years ago. I’m assuming your boyfriend was unaware of this, like it’s the outcome of an affair or similar that your mum knew about, but her (half?) brother didn’t. Either way, the baby’s risk factors depend on if there are any problematic recessive genes that could be received from both you and your boyfriend. If not, your baby might do fine. Still, wow.

Actually, OP and Uncle BF are as genetically diverse as most people. Inbreeding like that only occurs after numerous generations. However, someone should have spoken up when they started dating.
