Today, I found out that my company used a nice photo of my coworkers and me for their corporate website, in efforts to make their office seem fun and relaxed. This wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't just fired every single person in the photo, myself included. FML

Today, at work one of my co-worker was oddly nice to me; and my boss, who usually always says hi to me, didn't look or speak to me. Later that day I found out that I was going to be fired, not because my boss told me but because my picture was missing from the wall of employees. FML

Today, I was fired for telling a customer's kid to shut his mouth. As revenge, I sent the CEO a picture I acquired months ago of my boss drunkenly pissing on a cow. He wrote that it was the funniest thing he had ever seen, and that I am "clearly an insufferable killjoy; a total liability to the company." FML

Today, I found out that my company was throwing a work picnic. When i showed up, I realized that it had been planned months ago and I wasn't supposed to find out. The entire restaurant was there greeting me with faces of utter shock. Nothing says 'you suck' more than being 'that guy' at your job. FML

Hello, it is OP. In this case, the timing is just very bad. We agreed to let people take photos of us a long time ago (months ago), and the office just fired a bunch of people recently due to budget cuts. It took forever for the office to put photos on their website, and they just picked a nice photo for it that happens to show a bunch of people that now do not work there anymore...

Unless you signed a contract to work there giving them the right to use your likeness then they are alooking at a serious lawsuit. Using your likeness without permission is illegal as hell just ask Crispin Glover.
