He's just wiping up all the Ebola you spilt on the floor

That's not funny. A lot of people have died from Ebola.

everyone just remember that the worst strain of ebola has a 90% fatality rate. We can sit here believing that we wont get it but we all must be cautious about air travel and other certain ways it can find its way over to more people. Ebola is a killer but just like a fire it will burn itself out

Hey it'd be my priority too. I cut my finger really bad on mothers day. I wrapped my finger in a wash cloth and put a hair tye there so it would stay. I changed the wash cloth three times.

Because everyone (myself included) refused to go to the hospital for stitches till after our dinner was finished.

By the time we left it dripped threw the cloth on to my carpet, hard wood floor, socks and favorite jeans.

When we got to the hospital my finger stopped bleeding. So I only had to get paper stitches.

My cut sounds a lot worse than OP's.
I agree with her husband. He should be thinking about cleaning the floor because now mine has stains in it.

He probably assumed that because she asked for both the first aid kit and the paper towels that the first aid kit was for her and the paper towels for the mess. Very understandable.

I agree with 23, this doesn't sound like and FML at all to me. He brought her what she needed for her cut and he also tried to help by cleaning up the floors, sounds like a practical thought to me.

22, Basic first aid is to hold manual pressure to the site till the bleeding stops. Wrapping a towel with a hair band to secure it is not enough pressure most times to stop the bleeding effectively. You could have saved yourself the stains had you been more diligent to take care of the bleeding before you finished your food which was your first priority.

I totally understand. when I was a child, my father gave me a boiling hot mug of hot chocolate and being three years old, I spilled it on myself. Then he yelled at me for getting it on the floor, lol. Priorities.

Oh sweet Jesus OP I'm so so sorry. If he has OCD it might be more understandable but if he was just being a dick then you need to have a serious talk with him about priorities.

How is he being a dick? He brought her the first aid and the towels for her finger and also tried to help by cleaning up the mess on the floor. I personally think it was thoughtful of him to clean the floors.

#18- if he has OCD, a psychological disorder, it would be difficult for him to ignore the mess and because it is a cognitive psychological disorder, it's understandable why the floor was his first priority. You guys need to read more carefully...
