Today, after a week of avoiding dairy because I've been very sick for no apparent reason eating home cooked vegetarian meals, I got sick again. My kids and husband are fine. Either I'm pregnant or my serious anxiety disorder now also makes me physically sick. FML

Why don’t you go to the dr. Then make an appointment with a nutritionist, they will be able to help you with a healthy vegetarian diet. If your not a vegetarian then just go to a dr.

Veganism contributes to mental and emotional disorders. http://www.science20.com/news_articles/vegetarians_found_to_have_more_cancer_allergies_and_mental_health_disorders-133332

Or perhaps it's not the dairy in your home-cooked veg'n meals making you sick, OP.
Is this the first time in your life where you've eaten only veg'n meals (home-cooked or otherwise) for an entire week?
There's plenty of other possible legitimate causes for sickness.
Best see your physician for testing. Good luck!

Soy almost killed me. Maybe it’s hurting you.

I developed an intolerance to it suddenly after drinking soy milk to deal with my lactose intolerance. I lost over 30 pounds in a month or so and did an elimination diet before I figured it out.

Soy also fucks with hormones.
Any time I eat something I have a (mild) allergy to I experience panic attacks, so you could have some allergies too.

I'm the OP. Just to clarify, I've been fully vegetarian for 4 years and I'm followed by my doctor and I've seen nutritionists through my pregnancies. I just happen to also have an anxiety disorder and even with medication, my body now reacts to acute stress by making me sick. Exercise, clean eating, more sleep and avoiding useless stressful situations really helped. It very rarely happens now. Oh and for the trolls, my husband eats meat, he cooks it himself and we are very happy with our different diets.

As someone who has struggled with anxiety... sometimes it does make me physically ill, specifically manifesting in vomiting. Or, could be that you are not doing well on your new diet. Either way, get it checked out.
