There's a far better explanation. Your sister's friend thinks you're hot. She took your clothing and "conveniently" went upstairs when she heard you leave the shower. She wants to check out the machinery before taking it for a spin. You've got a chance and you know she's a bit of pervert. Get in there son!

Why didn’t you just call for you sister or someone you know at the house and ask them to get you a towel. Why would you take the chance of being seen naked running to your room if you had people over.( unless you didn’t care if you seen. But then this wouldn’t be a fml)

Most bathrooms have a closet with towels in it. I'm amazed as to how many people on here end up in the bathroom with no towels or clothes.
