Bridezilla Freaks Out And Cancels Wedding When Guests Refuse To Pay A $1500 Entrance Fee

We'd call it an FML for the husband, but hopefully he had the good sense to get out, and stay out.

You guys ready for a helluva bridezilla story? Gear up, because this one will really piss you off.

You often hear about super entitled people, but you rarely see someone so detached from reality that they themselves have no idea how insanely selfish they are being. Until now.

This story is told in the words of the bride herself (like I said, entitled and detatched from reality.) It's a long one, but so, so worth it.

We're happy that the bride went out of her way to "tell the real story" so that all the people who "stabbed her in the back" could hear the story from her. Without her writing it herself, it would be hard to believe that the story is even true.

Unfortunately, that's all there is to the story right now (believe me. I've looked, because I'm dying to hear the point of view from the groom or the bridal party. How the hell did they keep this totally insane woman in their lives for so long? Has she always been this way? We need answers.) We can only hope that the story continues to go viral and someone comes out to slam this bride and bring down a few notches.

Join us in reality, Susan. Aint no one gonna be $1500 to attend your wedding.

Sounds like her ex dodged a bullet. Dont have such an expensive wedding if you cannot afford it. It is tacky to ask guests to help pay for the wedding and then get mad when they cant/refuse to.

I normally agree with you and love your empathetic comments, but I have a very hard time finding empathy for this lady. She's so detached from reality and really thinks she's a victim here. That's unbelievably self absorbed.

If she should blame anyone (other than herself) it's the psychic.

Asking guests for monetary gifts rather than physical gifts is fine. It cuts out having to return the other 49 blenders you were given after the first one you opened. But asking for $1500 from everyone is ridiculous.

Yeah. I typically give $100. I can up this if I'm in the wedding party, are very close to the person, or if drinks are free. $300 is the maximum. If I'm already buying a plane ticket to come to your wedding you're lucky to get the $100.

Well, at least she won't have to worry about having that 'dream wedding' again for a very long while. No one's gonna want Bridezilla after that mess.

Maybe the Psychic saw they weren't compatible and decided to set Miss Materialistic up for a mighty fall from grace.

Edit: Don't know why this posted here, I meant it as a general post, but apparently this site's going just as loopy as the lady in the news post...

If she's being truthful about her past and wasn't mentally ill then, then the stress of the wedding caused her to have a mental breakdown which made her delusional and probably manic, hope she gets the help she needs and that her family doesn't give up on her

Yeah, putting yourself into a highly stressful situation where you need to acquire $45,000 isn't a good thing for your mental health.
