That is selfish and not ok on your boss's part. He is spreading germs and creating a horrible work environment. He is also encouraging workers to work when I'll. he needs to prevent the spread of germs and prioritise the welfare of his employees, and himself.

Today, a guy was hitting on me when I was at a café. I told him I was married, but it didn't deter him, so I told him to go away. Today, I got an e-mail at work about payroll cuts. After our annual cost of living raise two weeks ago, I make $0.30 more per hour, but with my hours getting cut, I'll make $80 less per paycheck. That's two weeks of groceries. I can't afford my vacation next week now either. FML.
