Content almost refused by staff

Today, me and a friend were at a fancy restaurant and he ordered for me while I used the bathroom. He ordered something called "The amazing one" for me. I got it and looked at the dish and, out of mustard, read "I love you. Will you go out with me?" The bad part is I am married, and straight. FML.

Was he really asking or was that just a part of the order? Like is it a known thing for boyfriends/girlfriends that that will be written when they order "the amazing one" and your friend had no idea and just ordered because of the different name?
