Content almost refused by staff

Today, is a month into my new job. Three employees have already been fired, my boss has interviewed thirty people and hired no one, and I've been told twice now that everything I do is "complete garbage", even though my work has been overly praised by everyone else. I can't find another job.

With a boss like that the company will be under in no time. I do suggest that at the first available job you take it and run. No need to be working for someone who can't even appreciate it.
