Today, in front of my brother and sister, my mother loudly proclaimed that I'm her favorite child because I'm the only one that will likely give her grandkids. My siblings hate me now. FML

Your mom is either an idiot or a cruel, malicious bitch. Unfortunately, there isn't really much you can do to mend bridges with your siblings, unless they calm down on their own. I suppose you could try telling them that you'd prefer them at least being neutral to you over being the "favorite." Also, as a warning- isolation is a tool used by abusers of all stripes, so be careful.
