Actually, if it's in the United States, they can get in trouble for creating a "hyper-sexual environment" if there are children in the house are under 18. That old belief, "it's my house and I can do whatever I want in it," doesn't actually hold up. If your children can hear you having sex, that is wrong. I would never do that where my daughter could hear me.

Source me on the hyper-sexual environment part, because from what I found, and being in the law field, I have never heard anything pertaining to that. Other than child sex abuse laws, which accidentally hearing a parent have sex would not fall under. Also, as I said, they should be courteous and not have sex so their kids can hear, or see, them. I never said "it's her house she can do what she wants," I said, "it's her house she can have sex whenever she wants," which she can. She's allowed to have sex in her own house, to say otherwise is idiotic.
