Today, I was so depressed and so exhausted, that I didn't go to pharmacy to get my new medication; the one which should help me overcome my depression and make me feel less exhausted. FML

I've been there too :( even if you don't feel like it, force yourself just to get it over with, but if even that is too much for you then yeah, try and ask a family member or friend to go with you for the company and encouragement
