Awww, I feel bad for you. You probably don't know how to make a move. Maybe just act flirtatious and see how he reacts? Definitely stop playing matchmaker, too. He'll never realize you like him while you're helping him date others.
And this is why saying no is ok. If you aren’t making a move because you don’t want to screw up your living situation, you are going to need to move anyway to avoid a lot of heartache. So take a chance. Rejection hurts. But it hurts a lot less than wondering. That hurt never fully fades.
