Today, I found out my girlfriend complains about how bad I am in bed behind my back. Every time I've asked her if she's satisfied or if I need to try anything new, she refuses to talk about it. FML

Just remind her that you're only as good as she lets you know and/or teaches you i.e., if it happens badly more than once then it's HER fault, not yours. Communication is crucial to a healthy relationship. How serious is she about yours? Good luck, OP!

if she is embarrassed perhaps she could write it down or rate different things by what she enjoys most? You could make it a game, she tries something new and you rate it and then you swap?
