Today, and for the past three days, I've been living 600+km from home. I'm alergic to gluten and lactose and haven't found anything I'm able to eat, even vegetables may contain traces of wheat. I think I'll die of starvation. FML

I don't like to sound unsympatheitc but you knew you had this issue so it wouldn't have been too hard for you to pack 3 days of food when you came. If your alergy is so severe that you can't eat an apple for fear of the wheat content, you must be packing your own food all of the time anyway.

This sounds very frustrating: I hope these diagnoses came from your physician and am surprised that they encouraged you to travel considering the severity of your conditions.

Wow I've a wheat and gluten intolerance but when I don't know what places will have or don't trust places I pack for myself... Maybe you should start
