Content almost refused by staff

Today, all the tills were broken, meaning nothing could go through until an engineer came. Afterwards, a coworker went to a doctors appointment. After waiting 4 hours, we called him discovered that he'd gone out with his friends, leaving two of us to deal with a packed shop. FML.

We're a phone shop, we had to be open in order to return repaired phones, replacement phones or other items that people had had delivered in branch, all things that don't require till access.

If he's out with his friends, then i'd imagine its his time off. if thats the case, theres not much you can do. : /
