Content almost refused by staff

Today, my boss yelled at everybody, saying everyone would be fired and a whole new staff would be hired because of a computer error we had no control over. But, you know, we're all dumb and it's our fault. FML

Go to his boss and make a formal complaint that he is belittling all of the workers and blames everything on his worker's 😒

If he does fire everyone, or start firing one at a time, everyone should leave together. Let him deal with the mess of having to hire and train everyone on his own.
