Buy a single electric blanket for her side of the bed. Or a double one with separate controls for each side of you can afford it. I was a terrible duvet hog because of circulation issues making me feel cold all the time. Bought an double electric blanket and now I cuddle into the warm mattress with just my duvet instead of arbitrarily stealing all the available warm within reach. If she's a cold person in general then she'll adore a heated fleece blanket for the sofa and maybe for the bed if she prefers her warm over her instead of under. About £35 -40 on Amazon for a good one, don't cheap out on Chinese guff, you want properly fused UK plugs and standards. Mine seem to last about 5 years and I use it every day. There's also weighted blankets to look into if it's the being wrapped up in a heavy pile of blankets that she's after. Basically you need to have a talk and figure out what she's finding comforting about it. It might be a mix of a heated furry and a weighted blanket that is perfect for her. As soon as you find the right mix BOTH of you are going to sleep vastly better.
Sleep in separate rooms.
