I had a partner like that who used to piss in the wardrobe after stumbling round the bedroom 3 times. They're called alcoholics and drug addicts. You're either looking at a life of adult nappies, constant monitoring and all the toxic abuse that goes with an addicts mental and physical deterioration into a long, slow, painful death or you cut your losses and get the hell out if he refuses any sort of rehab. Hubby has serious problems. If he won't even begin to address them then there's absolutely NOTHING you can do for him except enable him. That's the cold, harsh facts of addiction and it hurts like hell but you have some rough choices to make. Get yourself some counselling to get your head straight about everything and then do what you have to.
Might want to rethink your marriage, OP.
