That very same thing happened to a friend of mine Freshman year of H.S. I pointed out that one of our teachers looked to be pretty far along when I noticed her big belly and my friend (trying to suck up and be friendly) asked her when she was due...in front of the ENTIRE class. Turned out, she was never pregnant. Needless to say, it took my friend a while to get back in her good graces.
