Man Running From The Cops Hops A Fence Directly Into Cop Territory

By Nadine / vendredi 17 août 2018 05:30
It's like these stories happen to make Fmylife.com a wonderful, wonderful place.

A French man on the run from police after a car crash chose one hell of a terrible hiding spot.

According to Le Parisien, the man had been in a car accident earlier that day and was without a license, leading police to believe it was the man's fault. Well... that, and the fact that he fled the scene.

But where did this man choose to hide? None other than the DGSE, France’s top spy headquarters. The General Directorate of External Security-- or DGSE, is basically the French equivilent of the American CIA.

That was the wrong fence to hop, my friend. Needless to say, security was high on the other side and man was immediatley arrested.

The headquarters, which is loacted in the 19th arrondissement of Northeastern Paris is considered so secure that the image of the building is even blurred out on Google Maps.

Considering he is probably in way more trouble than he would have been before, we've got to say that this is probably the FML of the year.

For some reason, it reminds me of "The Great Mouse Detective" when Ratigan's cat jumped over a fence to escape Basil's dog, only to be greeted by more dogs in a kennel...

I signed in just to tell you how much I appreciate your comment. It's a really obscure reference, I get it and I love it. apparently so do a few others, but still.
