Today, I had my 3 month evaluation at my job. I was docked points because I "lack a sense of urgency," meaning I walk too slow. I limp because of a bum leg and would literally trip over my own feet if I walked any faster. My boss admitted to having noticed this but still docked points anyway. FML.

I forsee a discrimination lawsuit on the horizon.

Speaking from experience, discrimination lawsuits are extremely difficult to prove and take FOREVER even if you can prove discrimination occurred. I've been in the middle of a lawsuit for disability discrimination since January 2014. I didn't actually get to have my case heard in front of a judge until January 2016.

Ah finally something where suing someone is the right thing to do

Yeah, he can't do that. You need to get that jerk fired or something!

Pretty sure that's not legal. Write a letter to HR in your company and make sure they make it clear he can't do that again.

In the UK, that would be discrimination on the grounds of disability. I don't know about the US but you might like to mention it to his boss or HR. Companies generally don't like being sued for that sort of thing.
