No biggie. Just break in. I have to do that all the time, because my siblings think it's funny to steal my keys. After a while you should be able to shimmy those locks without a second thought. Just be sure to hide some bobby pins or more traditional pick sets (which you can buy online) somewhere around your house or person (purse, coat, boots, hair, pockets, etc). And I know you said you live in an apartment, but if you have any unlocked windows, you could probably manage to get in there. Most upper level places don't lock windows.
