Today, after not going to the dentist for 4 years, I went and got a check up. I now know there are 14 cavities in my mouth. FML

Not everyone can afford it. I work 2 jobs, nearly 60 hours a week, and I don't have the extra money to be able to go to a dentist twice a year. I brush twice a day, but I know I have a few cavities. Some people are just more cavity prone.
