Where d'you go?!

Today, I thought it would be nice to take my girlfriend out to a nice restaurant for my birthday. She got a little headache after we ordered, so she went outside to get some air. I ate a $100 meal and had Happy Birthday sang to me by the restaurant staff. Alone. FML

I was wondering the same thing. What if she really was feeling ill and it just happened to be on the OP's birthday? He just decide to complain and feel sorry for himself because his girlfriend had a headache?

You could have told the staff to wait until she came back in. OR you could have cancelled the meal and taken her home if she felt ill and done a belated Birthday meal when she was feeling better.

Everyone's always telling the girls to dump jerk boyfriends. I'm not sexist. Dump your bitch of a girlfriend. She's obviously not worth your time if she's willing to just leave when you go out somewhere nice, without an explanation.

Honestly it could be that she was that sick andnhe never bothered to check on her, we didn't hear if he asked if she was okay or anything... however if she made a run on him then kill her

If it was just a little headache why didn't she just take some painkillers? You don't have to leave because of a little headache, maybe a really bad one but not a little one..
