Today, I got ungrounded and got my iPad back. My mom accidentally put some restrictions on, and when she went to take them off, she realized she forgot the password. I now have to make a new Apple ID. I have 1,300 photos and 200 songs. FML.

As long as you have the Apple ID name, you should be able to get the account and password back. I think you just have to give them the email you signed up with, and then they'll send an email to get the name of the account. Once you have that, you should be able to get and change the password. If not, you can try contacting Apple support.

Why would she put restrictions on in the first place. Then take them off just to forget the password??
