Today, I signed a two-year lease on a house. My next-door neighbor said she's in love with me, threatened my girlfriend, and won't stop blasting Taylor Swift. FML

It sounds like the OP can already make a police report. Threats against someone's safety can be reported, as can noise disturbance.

Well if you just signed the lease there should be some sort of escape clause, and if there isn't you might could sub-let the property? Last ditch resort is a restraining order. I hope you can find a way out, OP, before she goes Fatal Attraction on you
